Cool Cars
Here are some of the best cars in the game. Rhino, the gigantic tank that can destroy anything and press O to throw a bomb. if anything runs into it, like police, bang!!! Press, O,O,L1,O,O,O,L1,L2,R1,Triangle,O,Triangle. now for a little class, a limo, not a destructive car but very cool, press R2,^,L2,<,<,R1,L1,O,>.
Armor, Health,Suicide and more!
For Full health, Press,R1,R2,L1,X,left,down,right,up,left,down, right and up, now you will have full health. For full armor, press R1,R2,L1,O and then the same above (left,down, etc.) To commit suicide, (not recommended!) press Right,L2,Down,R1,Left,Left,R1,L1,L2,L1, and then you will fall and be 'wasted'. Now, if you enter this cheat, it helps, but is annoying, thats right you will become the ladies man. press O,X,L1,L1,R2,X,X,O,and then Triangle. This is the helpful part, if the police, or anyone tries to hurt you, all the women around you will attack them, which gives you time to run away, The annoying part, is that when all the girls surround you, it's really hard to get around, also, they will try to get in your car with you.
Sleeping with the fishes
If you have the mansion in GTA VC then this could be of interest to you.
Skirt round the Leaf Links area in a boat and keep a look out on the water. Sooner or later you might just spot a fat ganster with his legs encased in concrete. This is the mob boss that did once own the mansion. That'll teach him to mess with Tommy!
Shadow Car
Find a car with someone driving down the road and stop in front of it. Enter all but the last button of the blow up all cars cheat and you should try to enter the car.*Note: You'll jump while you enter the cheat so try to aim for the driver side door when doing this. Just as you throw the person out of the car press the last button of the cheat and the car should explode. Now enter the health cheat as fast as you can to regenerate the car and you should be able to drive the blown up car around. For most cars it increases its max speed and handling a bit. To blow up a cheetah or infernus you must do it from the passenger side only. And for a few other cars you can only do this from the driver side door.
Infinite Run
Keep tapping X instead of holding it down to keep running without tiring.
Fun Helicopter Game
To play the fun helicopter game, all you have to do is get into any helicopter and fly it up to it's highest altetude. next find a slow moving/parked car and press triangle to get out of the helicopter and watch the helicopter land on the car causing a huge explosion while you land on top of it. trust me, it's very addictive.
Twice the Car Speed
Press R1, R2, L1, L1, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up.
Make All Cars Explode
To blow up all cars at once, press R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, L2, L1 during gameplay.
Full Health the Easy Way
If you have low health and are near a save game spot, go to the save game and select cancel. When you get back to the game you will have all of your health back. [Note: this does not bring armor back to 100]
Rob the Bank
After you've completed the Malibu mission "The Job", you can rob El Banco Corrupto Grande for some easy money. Walk in and turn right up the stairs. This will earn you a four star wanted level. Walk into the manager's office to get 1/3 of the cash. The rest is in the room with the elevator, on the right side. Then jump off the balcony and run out. To shake the cops, you can turn left to the nearby Pay N' Spray. It's not much, but it's easy cash.
Fall Through Walls
Go to the big stadium on the third island. Go behind the stadium where all the cars are. Walk against the concrete slab by the water, and about half-way around the stadium, you should fall through the railing and into the water and you'll float there for a few minutes then drown.
Cars Drive on Water
This code make cars drive on water. Going of the cliff and can't stop? Then this cheat is for you. Enter it during gameplay. Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, R2. This cheat does work!
Moonshine
As with GTA3, if you shoot the moon with a sniper rifle, it will expand. Six or seven sizes!
