Easier Salvage
An easy way to salvage enemy mechs is to shoot off one of their legs. Have agroup of mechs and concentrate your pulse lasers at one leg. This increaseyour chances for success.
Unlimited Salvage
There is a way to salvage the same mech again. Save your game immediatelyafter you finish collecting your salvage. Then load the game. It will beback again for you to salvage. It works after any mission.

Use explorer on your Mechwarrior 3 CD. Then open the folder named "video".Double click on any video you want.
