Duplicate potions or crystals
Display the inventory screen, then drag a potion or fire/ice/lightning crystal out of the inventory box, but do not drop it. Turn around to return to the game. Then, go back into the inventory to find that the item still is in inventory as well as in hand.
Blood mode
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Some regional versions of the game have blood disabled in the game. Use the following steps to set a new violence level. Use a text editor to edit the "drakan.cfg" file in the game directory. Look for the "set violence" line under the "//Settings" heading. Type 1, 2, or 3 after the "set violence" command to activate one of the following violence settings:
Cheat Codes
While starting the game, hold [Shift]. Select the "Developer" tab and check "Enable Developer Mode" to continue loading the game. To start the game, hold [Ctrl] and click on "New Game" to set a difficulty setting and location. Then while playing a game, press \\ to display the talk feature. Enter one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function:
Item names
Enter one of the following values with the "gimme [item name]" code. The items/weapons can be summoned for Arokh or Rynn. Note: Some items can only be obtained on the levels they normally appear on.
